The 100mm double gypsum hollow return air panel adopts a hollow structure, which can effectively guide the air flow to circulate, filter out the particles and impurities in the air, and ensure the stable operation of the purification equipment.
In terms of structural details, a 1.0mm arched dragon bone frame, angle pieces, and "L" shape reinforcement are adopted. The core material of gypsum board is filled in, taking into account fire resistance, sound insulation and structural stability. The width of the side panel is 50mm, and the filter screen size is 90×(W-102)mm, which precisely matches the width of the panel.

The holes are drilled inside the factory and all the necessary finishing materials are prepared. On-site, only the finishing installation and the return air window need to be carried out. The operation is simple and it is suitable for standard hole requirements.
The baffle plates, side plates and wall plates are assembled in the factory. On-site, only the installation of the filter nets is required. This results in better overall aesthetics, but the process is relatively complex and is suitable for projects with high requirements for details.
Regarding the treatment of the return air outlet, both factory-precise hole-making and on-site flexible hole-making methods are supported. The standard hole size (taking a 1180mm board width as an example) is 1080mm × 220mm, 130mm from the ground, and the edge sealing materials are also provided in a synchronized manner, balancing standardization and customization.
