Classification of common sandwich panels:

2. Manual sandwich panel (core materials include: rock wool, glass magnesium, paper honeycomb, aluminum honeycomb and glass wool).
3. Electrolytic steel plate (wall keel single-layer steel plate).
Compared with manual sandwich panels, machine-made sandwich panels:
1. The ordinary steel plate of machine-made sandwich panel has a single plate type, and there are 8-9 different plate types of manual sandwich panel, which can meet the needs of different projects
2. Appearance: the flatness and product joint of machine-made sandwich panel are not as fine as manual panel.
3. Strength: the strength of machine-made sandwich panels is generally poor, especially rock wool panels. There are cold-formed steel plates at the edge sealing of manual panels. The edge sealing method of steel plates is changed to increase the strength.
4. fire prevention: with the continuous improvement of fire requirements, the sandwich panels are hard to meet the engineering demand. The foam board market is gradually shrinking, and the manual sandwich panels that can achieve the corresponding fire limits are replaced.
